Area Sales Manager
 
Reporting to:  Director of Sales & Marketing EMEA
 
 
Job Purpose:
To plan and execute a successful sales and marketing plan in the Northern Europe, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey areas that is in line with the strategic plan. The plan is designed to increase the sales and profile of the company at both distributor and end user level.
 
Key Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for the following;
 
  • Development of Successful Sales & Marketing Campaign
  • Communicate this campaign effectively with Key Distributor partners and end users so that demand created at end user level is driven back via the distributor.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly business report in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicate all competitor activity
     
Accountabilities
The Area Sales Manager will be accountable for the following;

 
  • Achieving agreed sales and profit targets, within budget.
  • Introduce the company to Distributor Sales Force and educate them in the products
  • Ensuring business compliance, including ALL Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Law.
  • Meeting Director of Sales – Europe on Quarterly basis to present quarterly business review in accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure all aspects of Financial Management Compliance are satisfied.
  • Attend and participate in Quarterly Sales Meetings.
